Seems like there are quite a few pilots who find their way here. Here are some of them.

Flying Trout

Flying Trout teaches a High School Aviation Class in Madison, Wisconsin. He has a love of homebuilts and antique/classics, but will fly about anything with wings.

Gearhead

Gearhead holds a private pilot license, but got medically grounded. Sure do miss it!

Doug Geeting

In June, 2005, Doug Geeting flew Toad, Mrs. Toad, J-Walk, and Mozie to the top of a glacier.

Bisbonian

Bisbonian comes to WWR from the planet Bisbon. He flies a variety of aerial vehicles, some of them are shown here.

The Bisbonian Intergalactic Spaceship (BIS) is propulsed by an Ion Drive, using betatron technology. The drive operates by charging atomic particles and directing them with electro-magnetic force as a jet to the rear, generating a forward thrust in reaction. As the BIS advances, it ingests the ions it needs from its flight path, so only has to carry the fuel it needs to generate the power for its chargers. An ion jet's ejection velocity is close to the speed of light, allowing the BIS to achieve that same velocity. This is a carefully guarded secret.

The Ion drive on the spaceship is still working, but the voles have gotten into the spacecraft, and have fouled the navigation computer with wheatberries, so Bisbonian is stuck on this planet for the time being.
