Earlybird registration, showcase entry, hotel reservations, etc. will begin July 1, 2008.

Special Membership Offers for Small Organizational Membership for 1 year ($150)

Then to attend the entire conference, a fee of $250 for first person plus $100 for each additional registrant (up to 5 people). So the total cost of five people would be $650 for the conference + the $150 yearly membership fee, for a total of $800, or $160 per person to attend. Of course for every person over the initial five, a charge of the full $250 would apply until another block of five people was attained. But if we end up with an odd number, we can tally up total costs and split them evenly between all of us. As I gather information, I'll add more.
