What was your most memorable July 4th?

I was visiting Ketchikan, Alaska where I had lived for 11 years and where my son still lives. I was enjoying a great, sunny 4th sans hat. I enjoyed drinking beer at a school reunion, the parade and the logging show. At about 4 pm I went back to the hotel bar and looking in the mirror and notice I was redder than a beet or tomatoe could ever get. Ouch, what a sunburn!!
