A holiday tradition, we deep fry a turkey for Thanksgiving, and another the day after. The Friday after Thanksgiving we have a big pot luck and picking party. Our music friends come over bringing their leftovers, we fry another turkey and we eat and play music. Forty-four pounds of turkey in two days.
