Ms. Divvie - using the tab key puts what you type into that dashed outlined box, which makes the text ignore wiki auto-formatting or something like that, I removed the tabs for you, hope that was what you meant by 'broke' it
To put a pic in here, use the link on the left under toolbox that says 'upload file' - give it a name, and remember the name, then use this formating to insert it on your page
