Umyang- I have a friend in Marin County California who has a once a week show on a community radio show there. Although his show is bluegrass, American and folk, I asked him if there was anyone at his station (KWMR) whose show would be ideal for Tibetan music. He thought that the possibility was there. They are regular radio but they do stream on the web as well. If you aren't already familiar with that little station, you might check it out - KWMR.org - and see if you think it is a good fit. I know that ReWoven suggested to you that I might be able to help. That's probably the best I can do right now. I am in a location that doesn't have those kinds of community radio things going on, but I do know people in different places. let me know if you want more specific information.
