Welcome to the official We Love Esther page. This is where you can show your support for one of the world's best unknown singer/songwriters.

What we want

We, the loyal listeners of WWR, want a new Esther Golton CD. And we want it now. We're tired of waiting for the elusive "Bent Nails" CD. Over the past few days, Esther has demonstrated that she sounds best when playing solo. Her incredible voice should be the focus of the new CD.

Our demands are as follows:

• Jim and Esther need to take a day off and record at least twelve (12) songs. Yes, it would only take one day.
• The songs should be simple -- just Esther and her dulcimer.
• The songs need not be perfect. A few minor slip-ups are perfectly acceptable.
• The songs should have minimal post-production. Jim could wrap it all up in a few hours.
• The songs will be burned to a CD, duplicated, and sold via CD Baby, or directly through WWR.
• The CD should also be available for sale as a digital download.
• It will be completed by June 30, 2006. That's not asking too much. Surely Jim & Esther can set aside one lousy day to do something that will please hundreds of fans.
