Wheat Palace
From WWR
The Wheat Palace, purchased with Wheatberries hoarded by Esther, will be the new home of Jimbob, Esther and Whole Wheat Radio.
Wheatheads expect it to rival St. Petersburg's Hermitage in splendor and opulence.
2007 Update
So much has happened ... both good and not-so-good ... that the crafting of the Wheat Palace shall pass into the spiritual lore of a life fully-lived for me. I'll have a lot of memories to relive in the poor house or wherever they send destitute people these days. But the feeling of the place is absolutely magical. The dreams for what can happen are bigger than Alaskan pumpkins at the State Fair. I hope you can all come by and be a part of the magic in whatever way feels most rewarding to you! September 2006
These are from my visit on September 26, 2006. Present here is the complete collection of ceiling panels by the Talkeetna Michelangelo.
The theme seems to be Heaven, Hell, and Alaska. The detail in many is amazing. I hope the work stays.
